As an HRIS Coordinator at Pharmascience, you will be responsible for managing employee data in our HR system, responding to employee inquiries, and participating in various projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • \t
  • Data entry for employee files (hire, termination, change request, disability, parental leave, etc.) \t
  • Data entry validation \t
  • Ensure process integrity in the validation of HR requests \t
  • Respond to employee requests via our HR Center \t
  • Creation/Management of reports \t
  • Position creation \t
  • Participation to various meetings \t
  • You will have to manage continuous improvement projects and participate in other ones when needed. \t
  • Works closely with our Payroll Department \t
  • Support to the Recruitment team (Job postings, pre-employment process, follow up with candidates, initialize onboarding process and preparation of hiring files)

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of the HR function \t
  • Bilingual (French/English) – spoken and written \t
  • Knowledge of an HR system desirable (UKG or other) \t
  • Good computer knowledge (Excel (intermediate), Word, Outlook, etc.) \t
  • Good project management skills \t
  • Well organized/structured \t
  • Interested in system and different technologies \t
  • Team player \t
  • Ability to manage priorities and multi-tasking \t
  • Must exercise discretion – Data confidentiality \t
  • Detail oriented and rigor
