About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HRIS Coordinator to join our Human Resources team at Pharmascience. As an HRIS Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing employee data in our HR System, responding to employee inquiries, and participating in various projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data entry and validation for employee files
  • Ensuring process integrity in the validation of HR requests
  • Responding to employee requests via our HR Center
  • Creation and management of reports
  • Position creation and management
  • Participation in various meetings and projects
  • Collaboration with the Payroll Department
  • Support to the Recruitment team

Requirements

  • Knowledge of the HR function and HR systems
  • Bilingual (French/English) – spoken and written
  • Good computer knowledge (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
  • Good project management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Team player with ability to manage priorities and multi-tasking
  • Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality
