We are currently seeking a highly skilled Construction Site Manager Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for organizing and managing BBA's activities on all work sites in your region.



About the Role

  • Coordinate all site workers in your region, ensuring efficient execution of projects
  • Serve as supervisor and mentor to the work site team assigned to the project, fostering a positive and dynamic work environment
  • Develop construction strategies and ensure constructability, promoting sustainable and agile solutions
  • Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring proactive interactions between site personnel and project engineering
  • Manage straightforward labour relations issues, resolving conflicts and handling emotional responses effectively
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports, providing accurate and comprehensive insights into project progress
  • Inform and advise the project manager on construction-related decisions, leveraging expertise and industry knowledge
  • Ensure work is carried out safely, adhering to the prime contractor's prevention program and BBA's 10 Golden Rules
  • Foster a disciplined, respectful, and harmonious work environment on site, promoting a culture of excellence and professionalism
  • Be proactive and diligent about onsite health and safety, serving as a strong advocate for these values
  • Cultivate multidisciplinary site management experience across various industrial sectors and clients, driving business growth and development


Requirements

  • Hold a degree in engineering, administration, or a relevant field, with proven soft skills and ability to communicate effectively
  • Exhibit creativity in proposing more effective alternatives, demonstrating a selfless commitment to supporting client project success
  • Achieve health and safety, quality, budget, and schedule targets, working closely with BBA's Project Management Office experts
  • Promote a disciplined, respectful, and harmonious work environment on site, developing skills in managing people and resolving interpersonal conflicts
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to health and safety, being seen as a champion for these values
  • Have multidisciplinary site management experience across various industrial sectors and clients, driving business growth and development
