Construction Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Manager to join our team at BBA Consultants. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual to lead and manage our onsite operations in your region.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with experience in leading teams and overseeing projects from start to finish. You will be responsible for coordinating all site workers, ensuring proactive interactions between site personnel and project engineering, and developing construction strategies that ensure constructability.

• Coordinate all site workers in your region.
• Serve as supervisor and mentor to the work site team assigned to the project.
• Ensure proactive interactions between site personnel and project engineering.
• Develop construction strategies and ensure constructability.
• Make sure the construction budget and schedule are respected, where applicable, and take any necessary actions.

You will also be responsible for conducting site visits with bidders, supporting the bidding process for construction contracts, preparing weekly and monthly reports, informing and advising the project manager on construction-related decisions, and ensuring work is carried out safely according to the prime contractor's prevention program and BBA's 10 Golden Rules.

• An annual base salary of $95,000 - $125,000 based on location and experience.
