Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Rail Car Operator to join our team at SGS. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for loading and unloading rail cars, trucks, or other modes of transport, connecting/disconnecting these modes from process equipment, and preparing them for shipment.

Estimated Salary Range

The estimated salary range for this position is $32 - $40 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading and unloading rail cars, trucks, or other modes of transport
  • Connecting/disconnecting these modes from process equipment
  • Preparing rail cars for shipment
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a Petroleum Refinery field
  • Able to work rotating on-call shifts, weekends, holidays, and overtime
  • Organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Sufficient verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work well with others and independently
  • Proven time management skills and a strong attention to detail
