Key Responsibilities- Provide support with handling devices, including inserting SIM cards.
- Prepare devices for shipment, ensuring they are properly packaged and labeled.
- Create and maintain accurate spreadsheets to track serial numbers, ensuring easy access and management.
- Support clients with boarding terminals on Edata and Estate Manager, ensuring seamless integration.
- Monitor implementation mailboxes, responding promptly to client inquiries.
- Provide exceptional support to clients by following established user guides and protocols.
- Minimum 1 year of experience supporting clients in a technical capacity.
- Proven ability to interact with clients via phone and email, providing clear and concise support.
- Strong computer skills, with expertise in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent customer orientation skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional client experiences.
- Strong multitasking and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Base24 skills, with a willingness to undergo training and development.
- Onsite work, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm.
- Temporary position with potential for permanent placement.
- $26.00 per hour, plus 4% vacation pay, paid weekly.
