The Construction Operations Coordinator will identify or verify required maintenance work, interpret contract schedules and coordinates in-house or sub-contractor work and ensures work meets contract specifications.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  2. Ability to effectively communicate.
  3. Supervise maintenance crews effectively and support the Capital Works Manager for In-scope Capital improvements and additional works as required.
