We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Support Professional to join our team at Swift Disability Services LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling appointments, answering telephone calls and electronic enquiries, and maintaining manual and computerized information filing systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
  • Answer electronic enquiries
  • Compile data, statistics and other information
  • Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role and be fluent in English.
