Korean BBQ Line Cook

We are seeking an experienced Line Cook to join our team at Arisu Korean BBQ - Edmonds. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet the quality and presentation standards of our restaurant.
- Inventory Management: Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient use and minimize waste.
- Cleaning and Sanitation: Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment for our customers and staff.
- Supply Chain Management: Order supplies and equipment as needed to maintain a well-stocked kitchen.
- Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, maintaining a positive attitude and teamwork with our staff.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Work Setting: Restaurant environment.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 40 hours per week.
