About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Line Cook to join our team at Arisu Korean BBQ - Edmonds. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet the quality and presentation standards of Arisu Korean BBQ.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient use and minimize waste.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation: Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment for customers and staff.
  • Supply Chain Management: Order supplies and equipment as needed to maintain a well-stocked kitchen.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and meet customer demands.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Setting: Restaurant environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
