The Tomlinson Group of Companies is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to assist in the coordination of project activities. This role will provide administrative support to the project team, ensuring the smooth execution of projects from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and submission of project plans and schedules
- Coordinate the tracking of project progress and ensure timely completion of tasks
- Support the project team in the preparation of contract documents and submissions
- Manage project-related correspondence and communication with stakeholders
- Assist in the coordination of project meetings and site visits
- Provide administrative support to the project team, including data entry and record-keeping
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- University degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a project coordination or administrative role
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software
- Valid full G class driver's license
