Position Overview

The role of the Food Service Supervisor is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our culinary services. This position requires a dedicated individual who can effectively manage and oversee food preparation and service.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: Ranging from 1 to less than 7 months in a related field
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve work schedules
  • Oversee and coordinate the activities of staff responsible for food preparation and portioning
  • Ensure compliance with quality control standards for food and service
  • Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste management
  • Create and manage work schedules for staff
