Calibre Consulting Corp is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering staff consultation and grievance procedures, assigning projects to subordinates, and coordinating the activities of the HR department to ensure they meet the organization's goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer staff consultation and grievance procedures to ensure a fair and respectful work environment.
  • Assign projects to subordinates and staff relating to employment, compensation, labour relations, and employee relations to promote a positive and productive work culture.
  • Coordinate the activities of the HR department to ensure they meet the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Plan, develop, implement, and evaluate human resources policies and programs to support the organization's strategic objectives.
  • Advise managers and employees on the interpretation of human resources policies, benefit programs, and collective agreements to ensure compliance and consistency.
  • Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Research and prepare occupational classifications, job descriptions, and salary scales to ensure fairness and equity.
  • Administer benefit employment equity and other human resources programs to promote diversity and inclusion.
  • Co-ordinate employee performance and appraisal programs to support employee growth and development.
  • Manage training and development strategies to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Hire, train, and supervise staff to ensure the effective delivery of HR services.
