  • Prepare and submit reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Supervise and check the assembly of trays to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Establish work schedules to meet the needs of the business, ensuring adequate staffing levels at all times.

Supervision: You will be responsible for supervising a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they are equipped to perform their roles effectively.

Support for Newcomers and Refugees: As a Food Service Supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting newcomers and refugees, providing them with the necessary tools and training to succeed in their roles.

Support for Indigenous People: You will also be responsible for providing support and mentorship to Indigenous workers, promoting a welcoming and inclusive work environment.

Work Environment: This is a permanent, full-time position, working 30-40 hours per week. You will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a high level of energy and enthusiasm at all times.

Language: English is the primary language of communication in this role.
