Job Title: Food Service Team Leader

About the Role:
This role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of our food service team. As a supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of food preparation and service meet our high standards.

Main Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement efficient methods to manage work schedules and staff deployment;
• Supervise and coordinate activities of food preparation staff, including training them in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures;
• Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation and maintain accurate records;
• Address customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionally;
• Maintain accurate records of stock levels, repairs, sales, and wastage;
• Prepare and submit regular reports on team performance and operational efficiency;

Supervision:
The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising food service counter attendants and food preparers, as well as kitchen and food service helpers;

Personal Suitability:
We are looking for candidates with excellent interpersonal skills, effective communication, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment;

Compensation Package:
The estimated salary range for this position is between $45,000 and $60,000 per year, depending on experience;
