Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Spirit Halloween consignment store. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing inventory, and leading a high-performing team.

- Developing and executing business plans to drive sales growth and profitability
- Managing inventory levels, including ordering and receiving merchandise

- Maintaining a safe and efficient work environment
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A minimum of 2 years of retail management experience
- A strong background in sales, marketing, and customer service
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
