The Seasoned Retail Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a Spirit Halloween consignment store. This includes ensuring maximum sales and profitability by establishing and maintaining guest services, controlling expenses, and managing staffing levels.
Key Responsibilities- Shrink management: Overseeing inventory levels to minimize losses and ensure accurate stock counts.
- Merchandising: Creating visually appealing displays to showcase products and drive sales.
- Inventory control: Managing stock levels, receiving shipments, and processing returns.
- Staffing: Recruiting, training, and scheduling staff to meet business needs.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum age of 21 years old.
- Prior retail management experience.
- A flexible schedule to accommodate varying business demands.
- The ability to stand or walk for 8+ hours per day, climb ladders, set up fixtures, and lift/move objects up to 50 pounds.
