About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Restaurant Operations Manager to join our dynamic team at Kawakubo Sushi Sake Organic. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring seamless service delivery, and driving business growth.

Main Responsibilities
  • Analyze budget to optimize profit margins and maintain restaurant profitability
  • Develop and manage budgets for food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen supplies, and cleaning materials
  • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed
  • Monitor revenues to determine labor costs and make data-driven decisions
  • Lead staff performance management, including recruitment, training, and scheduling
  • Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices for food and other essential items
