Restaurant Manager Job Description

SAFFRON TOUCH INDIAN RESTAURANT LTD. is seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a team, developing budgets, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Budgeting and Cost Control: Develop and manage budgets to determine food, ingredient, and supply costs.
  • Team Management: Supervise and train staff, monitor performance, and conduct performance reviews.
  • Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer service by addressing complaints and concerns.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
  • Event Management: Manage events, including catering and facility use.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Supervision: 1 to 2 people, 3-4 people, or 5-10 people.
