Restaurant Operations Manager

SAFFRON TOUCH INDIAN RESTAURANT LTD. is seeking a skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our kitchen, front-of-house, and back-of-house operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity
- Manage and train a team of staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation
- Monitor and control costs, including food, labor, and inventory expenses
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure the best possible prices and services
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
- College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly
