About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cleaning Operations Manager to join our team at Castle Clean Home Services Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of cleaning professionals to ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Site Inspections: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Financial Management: Maintain accurate financial records, including payment processing and budgeting.
  • Service Coordination: Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and meet customer expectations.
  • Employee Support: Provide awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for diverse groups, including persons with disabilities, newcomers, refugees, youth, veterans, Indigenous people, and visible minorities.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Work Language: English
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week
