Key Responsibilities- Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their duties effectively.
- Coordinate Activities: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our cleaning staff to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
- Inspect Sites: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that our facilities are safe, clean, and meet our quality standards.
- Recommend Services: Identify and recommend additional services required to maintain our facilities, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
- Manage Finances: Receive payment for specialized cleaning jobs and manage our finances to ensure that our operations are profitable.
- Support Staff: Assist our cleaning staff in performing their duties and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Coordinate with Other Departments: Work closely with other departments to ensure that our operations are aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Establish Schedules: Develop and implement work schedules to ensure that our cleaning staff are working efficiently and effectively.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week
