Job Title: Senior IT Business Consultant

We are seeking a skilled Senior IT Business Consultant to join our team at Ambience Security System.

This is a permanent position, working 37.5 hours per week with a competitive salary and benefits package.

About the Role:

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery.
  • They will work closely with clients to identify requirements and develop policies and procedures throughout the software development life cycle.
  • Key responsibilities include preparing cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses, conducting reviews to assess quality assurance practices, and resolving conflict situations.
  • Other key duties include robotic process automation, usability testing, operating automatic or other testing equipment, and executing and documenting results of software application tests and information and telecommunication systems tests.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, with experience in system implementation and policy development.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related role, preferably in a security or technology sector.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
