Job Overview

As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for leading the sales team in building relationships with business clients and managing negotiations of sales contracts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales growth and improve market share;
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations;
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and solve complex problems;
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies;
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field;
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales leadership or a similar role;
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills;
  • A proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Familiarity with CRM software and data analysis tools.
