About the Role:

This is an exceptional opportunity to join our team as a Sales Talent Solutions Consultant. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying client prospects in need of temporary and/or direct hire workforce services and solutions. Your primary objective will be to develop strong relationships with hiring managers through various channels, including phone calls, emails, social media, and in-person meetings.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Prospecting: Identify potential clients who require temporary and/or direct hire workforce services and solutions.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers via phone calls, emails, social media, and in-person meetings.
  • Solution Execution: Execute activities that drive results, including cold calls, virtual, and on-site client meetings.
  • Pricing Negotiation: Negotiate pricing to ensure maximum return on quality solutions.
  • Reach Expansion: Expand our reach with a tech and personal approach.

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive base salary of $60,000 per year, plus a bonus plan. Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of sales and business development experience
  • Strong history of being the best at whatever you have done in the past
  • Ability to connect with others through phone calls, video meetings, social media, and in-person interactions
  • Prior experience working in a team-oriented and fast-paced organization
  • Track record of delivering results in a metrics-driven environment
  • Passion for results, resilience, self-confidence, and the desire to do an exceptional job
  • Possess a natural curiosity and relentless determination to make things happen - you like to WIN
  • Must be able to work in the office at least 2 days a week
