Are you passionate about beauty and have a knack for connecting with others? We're seeking a skilled Senior Beauty Sales Consultant to join our team at Chatters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and product expertise to drive sales and satisfaction.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and management to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive store environment.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest beauty trends, products, and promotions to provide informed recommendations and advice to customers.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including display areas, stockrooms, and back offices.
  • Perform opening and closing procedures, including counting tills, managing cash, and reviewing daily sales reports.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems and cash handling procedures.
  • A passion for beauty and a desire to continuously learn and improve skills.
