Job ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will have a strong background in human resources management and will be responsible for:
- Assigning projects to subordinates and staff relating to employment, compensation, labour relations and employee relations;
- Coordinating the activities of the HR department to ensure they meet the organization's goals;
- Evaluating daily operations;
- Planning and controlling budget and expenditures;
- Planning, developing, implementing and evaluating human resources policies and programs;
- Reviewing HR projects to assure compliance with laws and regulations;
- Training staff;
- Advising managers and employees on the interpretation of human resources policies, benefit programs and collective agreements;
- Establishing and implementing policies and procedures;
- Coordinating employee performance and appraisal programs;
- Overseeing the analysis of employee data and information;
- Hiring, training and supervising staff;
- Overseeing payroll administration;
- Providing customer service;
- Conducting performance reviews;
- Supervising staff in various areas of responsibility.
The successful candidate will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan.
Work TermsThis is a permanent position, working 40 hours per week. The work language is English.
