Job Title: Master Planner

CAE is seeking a highly skilled Master Planner to join our team. As a Master Planner, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement production plans to meet business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve process improvements
  • Analyze data to inform decision-making and drive business outcomes
  • Lead meetings and communicate effectively with stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators to measure performance
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or business
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and integrated management systems
  • At least three to five years of relevant experience or training
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines autonomously
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
