About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Forecaster to join our team at MAAX BATH. As a Demand Planner, you will play a key role in the demand management process, working closely with Marketing and Sales to prepare monthly forecasts per product/customer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and maintain accurate rolling 18-month demand forecasts, including updates in SAP.
- Maintain accurate forecasts per product/customer through statistical forecasting, using customer forecasts, and collaborating with sales and marketing teams.
- Work with sales, marketing, and master planners on new product introductions, rationalization, promotions, and other events as needed.
- Maintain assumptions/events management documents and processes.
- Responsible for providing root cause analysis and corrective action recommendations based on forecasting metrics results.
- Maintain forecasting KPIs up-to-date.
- Actively participate in monthly Consensus/S&OP meetings to facilitate and reach a consensus forecast.
- Support the Demand Planning Manager in monthly reviews with weekly/monthly reviews with marketing and sales teams, including S&OP meetings.
- Participate in annual budget planning.
- Provide business support with various demand planning-related analyses.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
Professional Qualifications and Competencies:
Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's degree in business administration/operations management.
Minimum Experience: 3-5 years in demand management or relevant professional experience.
Required Skills:
Bilingual (French/English), written and spoken.
Expertise in MS Office (Excel, Power BI).
Autonomous and proven analytical skills.
Aptitude for presenting information.
Ability to work under pressure.
Experience with SAP and BW.
Estimated Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
