We're looking for an experienced Logistics Inventory Coordinator to join our team in ensuring seamless production operations. In this role, you'll work closely with Production and Supply Management teams to schedule and monitor activities, guaranteeing the availability of parts at workstations within established timeframes.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Analyzing requirements and transactions to maintain accurate coverage of parts;
  • Releasing orders, shop orders, and call of material to the warehouse according to manufacturing strategies;
  • Maintaining the material master parameters to ensure inventory availability, optimization, and cost reduction strategies;
  • Executing all transactions to provide and maintain accurate information in SAP, including COGI.

You'll also be responsible for escalating emergencies, monitoring parts retained by Quality Assurance, and restoring them into the production schedule.

As a Logistics Inventory Coordinator, you'll have the opportunity to implement methods changes to production orders, incorporate the latest technical documentation, and ensure updates on the shop floor.

With a strong focus on inventory management, you'll determine quantities of manufactured and purchased parts required in inventory, analyze gaps between theoretical and physically verified inventory, and manage obsolete inventory/surplus.

To succeed in this role, you'll need a College diploma in Industrial Engineering or a Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, along with intermediate skills in MS Excel and general knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning systems.

A salary of approximately $75,000 per year is offered for this position, taking into account the industry standards and location.
