About the Role

MCI Accounting is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our day-to-day operations and ensuring the smooth flow of information within the team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and Manage Information: Ensure the timely and accurate distribution of information to team members and stakeholders.
  • Schedule and Confirm Appointments: Coordinate meetings, appointments, and events with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Respond to telephone and electronic enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage Office Supplies and Inventory: Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring that the team has the necessary resources to perform their duties.
  • Perform Data Entry and Bookkeeping Tasks: Accurately and efficiently enter data and perform basic bookkeeping tasks to support the team's financial operations.
  • Support Team Members: Provide administrative support to team members, including typing, proofreading, and preparing correspondence and documents.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience is an asset.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
