Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Server to join our team at Knights Pub & Grill. As a Food and Beverage Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our patrons.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food and Beverage Service
    • Prepare and serve specialty food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Present menus and make recommendations to customers, taking into account their dietary preferences and restrictions.
    • Serve food and beverages in a clean and safe environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Customer Service
    • Greet customers and provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere, making them feel valued and appreciated.
    • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Take orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service and high-quality food and beverages.
    • Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience
    • Experience in a food and beverage service environment is an asset.
