We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Server to join our team at Maharaja Banquet Hall. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Food and Beverage Service: Prepare and serve specialty food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Menu Presentation: Describe menu items, including daily specials, to customers and make recommendations based on their preferences.
  • Order Taking: Take orders from customers and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff in a clear and concise manner.
  • Table Management: Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and organized dining area.
  • Communication: Greet patrons, present menus, and answer questions regarding food and beverages in a friendly and professional manner.
Work Environment

As a Food and Beverage Server at Maharaja Banquet Hall, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of customers. You will be required to stand for extended periods and handle heavy loads, up to 9 kg (20 lbs), as part of your duties.

Requirements
  • Experience: Experience in the hospitality industry is an asset.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 44 hours per week.
