Position Overview

As a Food and Beverage Server at Royal Sweets And Restaurant Ltd, you will play a vital role in ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our guests. Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities
  • Addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Preparing and serving specialty dishes directly to customers at their tables.
  • Presenting bills and processing payments through various methods including cash, credit, or debit cards.
  • Providing detailed descriptions of menu items, including daily specials.
  • Offering recommendations based on customer preferences.
  • Maintaining cleanliness by clearing and sanitizing tables, trays, and chairs.
  • Welcoming guests, presenting menus, and answering questions regarding food and beverage options.
  • Taking orders and efficiently communicating them to kitchen and bar staff.
  • Delivering outstanding customer service throughout the dining experience.
Work Environment

This position is physically demanding, requiring stamina and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Experience Requirements

No prior experience is necessary as training will be provided. This is a permanent position with a work schedule of 35 hours per week. The primary language of communication will be English.
