Bridges of Canada Inc. is seeking a qualified Religious Leader to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing spiritual guidance and support to our community.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct regular religious services and ceremonies
- Supervise and support office and volunteer staff
- Administer rites of faith, including marriages and funerals
- Develop and implement programs of religious education
- Deliver sermons and other talks to promote spirituality
- Perform administrative and office tasks
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
- Confidential security clearance
- Efficient interpersonal skills and judgment
- Ability to work in a team environment
This role will be based in a correctional facility, requiring the ability to work in a secure and sensitive environment.
