About the Role

The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, engineers, architects, and contractors.

The salary for this role is approximately $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and organize daily operations to ensure timely project completion
  • Evaluate and monitor project progress, making adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines and budgets
  • Develop and manage project schedules, milestones, and resource allocation
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues affecting project delivery
  • Manage project finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on project progress, including time sheets, invoices, and quality control documentation
  • Analyze data to optimize project workflows and improve efficiency
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members to ensure their growth and development

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in construction management or a related field
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and best practices
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, with proficiency in software applications such as MS Office, Primavera P6, and Procore
