The salary for this role is approximately $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and organize daily operations to ensure timely project completion
- Evaluate and monitor project progress, making adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines and budgets
- Develop and manage project schedules, milestones, and resource allocation
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues affecting project delivery
- Manage project finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Maintain accurate records and reports on project progress, including time sheets, invoices, and quality control documentation
- Analyze data to optimize project workflows and improve efficiency
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members to ensure their growth and development
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction management or a related field
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and best practices
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Strong analytical and technical skills, with proficiency in software applications such as MS Office, Primavera P6, and Procore
