Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead a team of 5-10 staff members in preparing and portioning food, maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Provide guidance and training to staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies to ensure efficient meal preparation.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet our high standards of quality and excellence.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
