Job Overview:

The PT Preload Supervisor plays a crucial role in the success of our preload operations. They are responsible for planning, delegating, and reviewing the day-to-day activities of the preload team. This includes working with hourly and management staff to address process, safety, staffing, training, and disciplinary issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
  • Facilitate training with new and current employees.
  • Conduct and participate in group meetings.
  • Coordinate evaluations with management.
  • Determine best solutions for package concerns.
  • Supervise daily activities of package handlers and clerks to ensure all assigned duties are accomplished safely and timely.

Requirements:

  • Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with ability to multitask.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
