Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team to deliver on the company's promise to members.
- Collaborate with the General Manager and People & Culture department for recruitment and selection of team members.
- Develop and maintain an active pipeline of talent to ensure a skilled and engaged workforce.
- Oversee effective training and orientation sessions to establish and maintain a positive company culture and service standards.
Requirements:
- Proven leadership and people management experience.
- Demonstrated success in leading, training, and motivating teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
