Job Title: VP Information Technology

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced VP, Information Technology to join our team. As a pivotal leader, you will be responsible for shaping the company's IT strategy and ensuring the delivery of high-quality IT services that support business operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Map and evaluate the current state of the company's IT landscape and identify areas for improvement.
  • Complete a risk assessment of the current IT infrastructure from a business continuity perspective.
  • Assess the capabilities of the IT team and develop a plan to build and mentor a high-performing team.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and monitor the effectiveness of the IT function.
  • Partner with business functions to create best-in-class business practices through front-end application development and IT infrastructure management.
  • Develop a 3-5 year IT strategic roadmap that aligns with the company's long-term growth strategy.
  • Lead a team of IT professionals and create a culture and work ethic that maximizes efficiency and performance in the organization.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in a leadership capacity overseeing a broad IT function.
  • Demonstrated track record of leveraging the IT function to drive business change and establishing business processes.
  • Experience with front and back-end application systems design and development.
  • Strong understanding of the IT industry within a retail setting.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
