Key Responsibilities:- Map and evaluate the current state of our IT landscape, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive IT strategy, aligning with the company's long-term growth objectives.
- Lead a high-performing IT team, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure the delivery of exceptional services and support.
- Partner with business functions to create best-in-class business practices, leveraging technology to drive business outcomes.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and monitor the efficacy of the IT function.
- Develop a 3-5 year IT strategic roadmap, considering current risk areas, industry trends, and business requirements.
- 8+ years of leadership experience in a broad IT function, with a proven track record of driving business change and establishing business processes.
- Strong understanding of the IT industry within a retail setting, with a perspective on best-in-class practices and a genuine interest in the evolution of the function through exploration of new technologies and AI/ML capabilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
