We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our Information Technology function, driving business growth and innovation through strategic technology initiatives.

- Complete a risk assessment of our IT infrastructure, ensuring business continuity and resilience.
- Assess the capabilities of our IT team and develop a plan to build and mentor a high-performing team, balancing efficiency and scalability.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and monitor the effectiveness of our IT function.
- Partner with business functions to create best-in-class business practices, leveraging technology to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop a 3-5 year IT strategic roadmap, aligning with our company's long-term growth strategy.
- Lead a team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- 8+ years of leadership experience in a broad IT function, with a proven track record of driving business change and establishing business processes.
- Demonstrated expertise in front and back-end application systems design and development, from business requirements analysis to project execution and delivery.
- Strong understanding of the IT industry within a retail setting, with a perspective on best-in-class practices and a genuine interest in the evolution of the function through exploration of new technologies and AI/ML capabilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
