Job Title: Construction Site Supervisor

BAGRI EXTERIOR LTD. is seeking a skilled Construction Site Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Estimate and Manage Costs: Ensure accurate estimates and manage costs effectively to meet project budgets.
  • Supervise Workers: Lead and supervise a team of workers to ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Coordinate Activities: Coordinate and schedule activities to meet project deadlines and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Ensure Health and Safety: Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Recruit and Train: Recruit and train new staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
