Job Summary

Intertape Polymer Group (IPG) is a leading manufacturer of performance products, including tapes and cloths, designed for demanding aerospace, automotive, and industrial applications.

We are seeking a skilled Weaving Specialist to maintain efficient operation of the looms in our weaving department. The successful candidate will be responsible for repairing tape breaks, conducting quality checks of fabric, and performing miscellaneous line duties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Repair weft breaks and warp breaks, and replace empty tape packages on the looms
  • Remove loose tape, making packages neat and double taping to ensure efficient operation
  • Perform miscellaneous line duties, such as cutting whip rolls, dusting the looms, and sweeping the floors
  • Check the quality of fabric by visually inspecting it for defects
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management
Requirements
