Job Title: Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team at CANADA LTD.

Job Summary:

The Retail Sales Associate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, operating a cash register, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and cash wrap area
  • Process merchandise returns and exchanges, and handle customer complaints in a fair and courteous manner
  • Work collaboratively with other sales associates to achieve sales goals and provide a positive shopping experience for customers
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous retail experience an asset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds
