Job Title: Retail Sales Associate

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team at AA Wearhouse. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, operating a cash register, and processing transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional manner.
  • Assist customers with finding products and answering questions about our merchandise.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor and stockroom.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide a positive shopping experience for customers.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience in retail sales or customer service is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
