Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at NS LTD. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate cash registers and process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide customers with product information, answer questions, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor and stockroom.
  • Assist with visual merchandising, including setting up displays and maintaining store displays.
  • Process returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of retail sales experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
