Key Responsibilities:- Diagnostics: Conduct thorough inspections to identify mechanical problems and perform repairs or replacements as needed
- Repair and Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes and tire rotations, to ensure optimal vehicle performance
- Component Replacement: Replace parts and components, including engines, transmissions, and brakes, as required
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of work performed, including problem descriptions and solutions
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is mandatory
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in heavy duty truck repair is required
- Certification: Possession of a valid Truck and Transport Mechanic Trade Certification
- Skills and Qualifications: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, attention to detail, accuracy, and flexibility
