Rising Star Trucking is currently seeking a skilled and motivated Heavy Duty Mechanic Technician to join our team.

About the Role

This is a permanent, full-time position with an estimated salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on heavy equipment and vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Add or replace hydraulic and transmission fluids
  • Change engine oil and lubricate running gears or moving parts of automobiles, trucks or heavy equipment
  • Repair and balance tires
  • Replace oil, air and fuel filters on motor vehicles, trucks and heavy equipment
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate or diploma required
  • Will train provided
  • Basic security clearance
  • Own transportation
  • Steel-toed safety boots
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Physically demanding role requiring standing for extended periods and bending, crouching, kneeling
