We are seeking a skilled Culinary Team Lead to join Capitol Pub, responsible for overseeing kitchen operations and ensuring exceptional dining experiences.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position requiring at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, ability to train staff, and maintain high standards of food quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:- Chef Supervisor: Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring timely meal preparation and presentation.
- Staff Training: Provide guidance and training to kitchen staff on food preparation, handling, and presentation techniques.
- Safety and Quality Control: Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Inventory Management: Order and manage kitchen supplies, equipment, and inventory.
- Customer Service: Collaborate with servers to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35-40 hours per week.
The estimated salary for this position is $45,000-$55,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
